German-Speaking Technical Co-Founder Wanted for an AI Software Company

I am looking for a German-speaking Technical Co-Founder to join an early-stage company building AI-powered software solutions for businesses and public-sector organisations across Europe.

I am looking for someone who:

• speaks German at a minimum B2 level, preferably C1 or native,
• has strong software development skills,
• can build modern web applications,
• understands both frontend and backend development,
• has experience or a strong interest in AI, automation and SaaS products,
• can communicate directly with German-speaking clients,
• can translate business requirements into technical solutions,
• wants to build a long-term company, not only complete individual freelance projects.

Your responsibilities may include:

• designing and developing web applications,
• building the technical architecture of the product,
• integrating AI models, APIs and external systems,
• preparing technical concepts and project documentation,
• participating in meetings with German-speaking clients,
• supporting the delivery of software projects,
• helping build and manage the future development team,
• making key technical and product decisions.

I am not looking for someone who only wants to complete assigned coding tasks. I am looking for a real partner who wants to have an impact on the product, technology, strategy and growth of the company.

The company is currently at an early stage. The initial cooperation will be based on a co-founder model, including an agreed share of future project revenue and potentially equity in the company. Detailed terms will depend on experience, availability, responsibilities and long-term involvement.

The cooperation can be fully remote.
