Since our founding in 2007, we have grown from three founders to a team of nearly 70 people, building innovative SaaS solutions in the //CRASH-Building in Oldenburg that reach millions of people.

Your Mission: Simplifying Complexity

Email marketing can be technically complex (automations, data, segmentation). Your job is to hide this complexity behind an interface that feels child's play to our users.

Your Responsibilities: Shape the Future Here

• End-to-End Design: You will accompany features from discovery (user analysis) through wireframes to pixel-perfect high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• The "Simplifier": You will tackle our most powerful features (e.g., workflow editors) and transform them into intuitive experiences that our customers love.
• Data-Driven: "Pretty" is not enough for us. You will validate your designs through usability tests (e.g., with Maze) and use data to justify decisions.
• System Architect: You will not only maintain our design system but also develop it further. You will ensure that our UI remains consistent and that developers love your components.
• Bridge Builder: You will work closely with Product Owners and Developers. You will understand technical constraints but also challenge them to achieve the best user experience.
• Impact: Your designs will land directly in the inboxes and dashboards of hundreds of thousands of users worldwide.

Your Profile: What You Bring

• Experience: You have several years of professional experience in UX/UI design, ideally in the SaaS, B2B, or e-commerce environment.
• Your Portfolio: Show us case studies! We want to see how you have solved complex problems (sketches, flows, final UI).
• Methodology: Design Thinking and Double Diamond are not buzzwords to you, but daily tools.
• Tool Expertise: Figma is your primary tool; experience with AI and testing tools (e.g., Maze, Hotjar, Figma (Make/AI)) is a big plus.
• Empathy & Analysis: You can perfectly empathize with different user groups and break down complex problems into simple solutions.
• Communication: You are a team player who can convincingly present your ideas -- in both German and English.
