Your Impact & Ownership from Day 1
- Develop the Application Layer: You will enhance the working environment for our coding experts and implement specialized agents for billing cases, aiming to achieve 90% automation stably in operation.
- Seamlessly Connect Practice Systems: APIs, UI automation/RPA, local agents -- you will ensure secure and robust data flows into the practice. Without system changes and with clean monitoring & alerting.
- Scalable Codebase & Rollouts: You will drive architecture, multi-tenancy, configuration, and zero-downtime deployments. Ship fast without sacrificing quality.
- Build with Real Users: You will work closely with medical coding experts and practices in live operation, gather direct feedback, and measurably increase the automation rate, throughput, and accuracy.
Your Profile
- 4-6 Years of Software Development (Python, TypeScript, React/Next.js, SQL) with solid patterns, tests, CI/CD, and cloud experience (AWS/Azure).
- AI/Automation Experience: Initial experience with LLMs/agents/RAG -- or demonstrably fast learning ability; focus on production use, not just notebook demos.
- Integration & Reliability Mindset: APIs, UI automation/RPA; Observability (Monitoring/Alerting, SLIs/SLOs), Queues/Retries/Idempotency.
- Work Style & Language: Build, learn, deliver quickly; ownership & product thinking; German C1.
