To strengthen our Finance and Order Management team, we are looking for you -- engaged and ready to take responsibility.
Tasks
What you will achieve with us
You will process incoming orders via our SAP system. And you will regularly invoice our subscriptions to our global customers and partners.
- You will book bank statements, incoming invoices, and reconcile debtors and creditors.
- You will send out our dunning run and ensure, through direct communication, that even overdue payers settle the outstanding payment amount.
- You will take over all other administrative tasks, such as processing incoming mail, contract management, travel bookings, purchasing, and contract management, etc...
Qualification
What convinces us
You have completed training as an office clerk (m/f/d) or industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable training.
- You enjoy working trustingly in a small team and can also organize and motivate yourself at home.
- You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
