(Junior) E-Commerce Manager Shopify // Remote (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• In your role, you will support the professional development of Shopify stores from the initial idea to a successful launch. This includes migrating existing stores to the Shopify platform to ensure a smooth and high-quality transition.

• You will independently conduct workshops with our clients, who are typically small merchants or start-ups. You will independently plan, prepare, and follow up on these workshops.

• You will carefully document the progress of client projects, record workflows, processes, and guidelines, and continuously update them.

• You will analyze existing stores and initiate optimizations in shop and CRM structures -- occasionally, you will also implement new stores.

• Together with your team, you will plan and coordinate sprints, ensure all deadlines are met, and take care of tidy and prioritized task management.

• You will manage data and keep clients constantly updated.

Qualifications

• You are familiar with Shopify and feel at home in the e-commerce sector.

• You possess leadership qualities and can guide clients through projects -- you are communicative, appreciative, and clear in your statements. Clients always feel well taken care of by you.

• You work with a focus on detail, enjoy the careful preparation and follow-up of workshops, and the maintenance of data and documentation. You quickly grasp complex contexts and can present them understandably.

• Self-organization and personal responsibility are among your strengths, and your time management is exemplary.

• Your spelling and expression, both written and oral, are flawless. You also have extensive experience in customer interaction.

• You are solution-oriented, see challenges as opportunities, and bring creativity and team spirit to problem-solving.
