Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 3--5 years of experience in operations management or leadership roles
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
• Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making approach
• Experience with operational tools, systems, and process optimization
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus
• Based in Germany with the legal right to work full-time
