Your Role as Operations Recruiter (m/w/d)
As an Operations Recruiter in Nuremberg (m/f/d), you will be responsible for finding the best talent for our delivery teams and inspiring them with your enthusiasm for Coolblue.
Your Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the entire recruiting process from intake to hiring (full-cycle recruiting), including aligning on the optimal recruiting strategy for the open position with your stakeholders.
- Organize and conduct digital interviews, as well as on-site interviews and selection days.
- Improve current processes to achieve better and more effective results while increasing applicant satisfaction.
- Continuously monitor recruiting process metrics and identify trends early on.
- Enjoy working in an international team.
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training or a university degree.
- Previous recruiting experience is a plus.
- Native-level German language skills and business-fluent English.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal stakeholders and (potential) candidates.
- Willingness to eventually take on responsibility for the Munich location as well.
