Your Role as Operations Recruiter (m/w/d)

As an Operations Recruiter in Nuremberg (m/f/d), you will be responsible for finding the best talent for our delivery teams and inspiring them with your enthusiasm for Coolblue.

Your Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the entire recruiting process from intake to hiring (full-cycle recruiting), including aligning on the optimal recruiting strategy for the open position with your stakeholders.
• Organize and conduct digital interviews, as well as on-site interviews and selection days.
• Improve current processes to achieve better and more effective results while increasing applicant satisfaction.
• Continuously monitor recruiting process metrics and identify trends early on.
• Enjoy working in an international team.

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed vocational training or a university degree.
• Previous recruiting experience is a plus.
• Native-level German language skills and business-fluent English.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal stakeholders and (potential) candidates.
• Willingness to eventually take on responsibility for the Munich location as well.
