Are you a sales talent, always have an eye on the market, and are you excited about winning customers and building long-term relationships? Then we are looking for exactly you as a Senior Sales Manager (human) for our team!

Your Responsibilities

As a (Senior) Sales Representative (human), you will be responsible for the operational implementation of our sales activities and will accompany the entire sales process -- from initial contact to closing.

Customer Acquisition & Support

  • Proactive approach to potential customers (Inbound & Outbound), conducting initial consultations, and building long-term customer relationships.

Manage Sales Process

  • Analyze needs, convince customers, conduct negotiations, and achieve closing -- especially in the area of software sales.

Collaboration & Handoff

  • Close coordination with the Customer Success / Onboarding team to ensure a smooth implementation.

Networking & Market Presence

  • Participation in events and trade fairs for customer acquisition and maintaining industry contacts, especially in the coaching industry.

Sales Strategies & CRM

  • Development of new approaches to increase the closing rate and maintenance of the sales pipeline in the CRM system (HubSpot).

Your Profile

  • Experience in sales, for example as a Sales Development Representative
  • Success in acquisition, customer support, and closing contracts.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as enjoyment of direct customer contact.
  • Technical affinity to support customers in setting up and using our software solutions.
  • Fluent German and English; further language skills are a plus.
  • Experience with & interest in the coaching industry to meet our target group at eye level and follow the latest trends.
