Design the brand presence of CSB-System SE and our international system partners with us and contribute your creativity where strategy meets design.

Your Tasks

• Shape Brand Presence: You continuously develop our corporate design and ensure a consistent, modern appearance of CSB-System SE both nationally and internationally - across all channels.
• Influence Communication: You conceptualize and design communication formats for print, digital, and events - and ensure that every medium makes the CSB brand visually tangible.
• Develop Web Design: You design our web presence and develop appealing UI designs for our landing pages and digital tools.
• Stage Social Media: You develop creative social media designs that visually convey messages in an exciting way.
• Secure Corporate Design: You create CI-compliant materials such as flyers, mailings, presentations, or advertisements - paying attention to design, structure, and attention to detail.
• Visualize Events: You design our presence at trade fairs and events - from stand design and key visuals to giveaways - and bring the CSB look to the stage.
• Create Visual Content: You research, edit, and produce photo, video, and illustration material and continuously develop our visual language.

What Sets You Apart

• Design Background: Completed degree or training in graphic, communication, or media design.
• Experience & Hands-on Mentality: You have professional experience and are able to transform complex contexts and products that require explanation into visual content that sells.
• Tool Proficiency: You work confidently with common design and graphics tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
• Design Competence: You possess broad and in-depth expertise in design and have the ability to independently think through complex design tasks and develop innovative visual solutions.
• Organization: You work in a structured manner, keep an overview of projects, and confidently set priorities.
• Team Spirit: You are proactive, contribute ideas, and enjoy creating strong visual results together as a team.
