As a Junior Marketing Artist (m/f/x), you'll be part of the creative engine that brings our campaigns to life, helping users discover and experience our brands. This is more than just a design role - it's where your ideas can grow, be tested, and make a real impact.

You'll support the creation of high-quality, mobile-first assets, experiment with new creative concepts, and learn to optimize performance alongside our User Acquisition team. From ideation to execution, you'll contribute to campaigns that reach users globally, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

What You'll Own

  • You'll create and produce high-quality, mobile-optimized visual assets, including banners, app store screenshots, and promotional videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook and Google.
  • You'll support the video editing process, working on iterations and quickly implementing feedback to improve your work.
  • You'll take part in creative research, contributing to the development of fresh, engaging concepts for marketing campaigns.
  • You'll collaborate closely with the marketing team to make sure your visual assets contribute to campaign goals.
  • You'll assist with in-house or on-location video shoots as needed, gaining hands-on production experience.
  • You'll contribute to A/B testing, preparing variations of creatives to help identify what performs best and learning how data drives design decisions.

Your Profile

  • You hold a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • You've gained hands-on experience through university projects, internships, or part-time roles in graphic design or video production, ideally with exposure to mobile marketing or gaming.
  • You're comfortable working with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • You know how to create basic animated scenes, add effects, and export videos optimized for different platforms.
  • You're familiar with digital marketing assets such as social media visuals, banners, ads, and promotional materials.
  • You have a strong eye for layout and typography and enjoy crafting clean, engaging visuals.
  • You're curious about mobile games and marketing, and you like staying up to date with creative trends and strategies.
  • You're detail-oriented, quick to execute, and bring creativity to everything you produce.
  • You're a clear communicator who feels comfortable sharing ideas and presenting your work and progress to the team.
