The Compensation, Labor Policy and Workforce Management team coordinates central HR topics and is responsible for processes related to labor policy and compensation. We manage appraisal and compensation processes, support managers with HR processes, and shape change processes and restructuring with our teams in the Vehicle Centers for a sustainable and future-oriented transformation of our company.

Responsibilities
These challenges await you, among others:
- You will work with our team, our HR managers, and our specialist departments on various tasks in daily HR work.
- You will actively participate in future-oriented strategic projects.
- You will support our team in carrying out and documenting job evaluations.
- You will actively drive the further development and regular updating of our internal knowledge management platform.
- You will design our intranet presence and provide our HR managers and specialist departments with relevant information.

Qualifications
- You are pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration or a comparable field of study.
- You have confident German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- You are familiar with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ideally, you have completed vocational training in a commercial field or have initial experience from other working student positions.
- You have an open, communicative demeanor, work in a structured manner, and proactively contribute your own ideas.
- You are committed and enjoy working reliably in a team.
