Responsibilities##

• You will process error messages that could not be resolved at the first level.
• You will perform error analysis and troubleshooting in the Windows environment and in an enterprise environment.
• Your tasks include supporting hardware and software, as well as analyzing and resolving associated problems.
• As part of quality assurance, documentation and coordination in predominantly German and partly English languages are part of your responsibilities.
• You will proactively monitor systems using various monitoring tools and perform troubleshooting for problems.
• Processing security incidents is also part of your responsibilities.

Skills##

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for application development or a comparable qualification.
• Good knowledge of Windows, servers, and clients.
• You possess good analytical skills.
• You are familiar with Microsoft Active Directory, authorization concepts, and group policies.
• You have good network knowledge, including DHCP, DNS, and firewalls.
• Citrix is familiar to you.
• You enjoy interacting with our customers and users.
• You have very good German and good English language skills.
