Responsibilities##
- You will process error messages that could not be resolved at the first level.
- You will perform error analysis and troubleshooting in the Windows environment and in an enterprise environment.
- Your tasks include supporting hardware and software, as well as analyzing and resolving associated problems.
- As part of quality assurance, documentation and coordination in predominantly German and partly English languages are part of your responsibilities.
- You will proactively monitor systems using various monitoring tools and perform troubleshooting for problems.
- Processing security incidents is also part of your responsibilities.
Skills##
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for application development or a comparable qualification.
- Good knowledge of Windows, servers, and clients.
- You possess good analytical skills.
- You are familiar with Microsoft Active Directory, authorization concepts, and group policies.
- You have good network knowledge, including DHCP, DNS, and firewalls.
- Citrix is familiar to you.
- You enjoy interacting with our customers and users.
- You have very good German and good English language skills.
