Your Tasks:

You are part of the User Experience Design department, which anchors the topics of Digital Accessibility, UX Design, and CX Content. The department manages central topics related to a positive user experience and brings them to implementation through close cooperation with the associated communities. You act as the contact person for the four teams within the department and take on tasks from the three different topic areas.

You create communication concepts and presentations.
You are responsible for the elaboration and preparation of various information and topics, e.g., writing news and blog posts, providing guidelines and specifications, migrating content.
You support the organization and preparation of internal workshops, further training formats, and events.
You participate in internal projects and take care of administrative tasks.

Your Profile:

You are studying Business Administration, Economics, Journalism, or a comparable course of study and want to apply your theoretical knowledge in practice.
You have skill and flair for textual and graphic design and are confident and expressive in writing.
You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
You work carefully, structured, and have a high quality standard for your work.
You are not afraid to approach people and take on organizational tasks.
