Working student (m/w/d) Omnichannel Delivery
Your Responsibilities
- Supporting the team with global omnichannel campaigns with the goal of increasing the number of campaigns across different regions
- Contributing to the optimization of existing CRM omnichannel modules to ensure a positive user experience
- Developing and updating presentations, sales and CRM training materials; supporting the execution of training sessions and moderating Q&A rounds
- Reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of campaigns, events, and materials (e.g. conversion rate, open rate, ROI)
- Ensuring the successful global implementation of new CRM functionalities, reflected by a high adoption rate within local sales organizations
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
- Confident user of standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Very good written and spoken English is required; additional languages are an advantage
- Analytical and structured working style
- Strong willingness to learn and continuously expand your skill set
- High level of motivation, independence, and strong relationship-building skills

Location: Bad Homburg (Remote work possible by arrangement; regular on-site presence required)
