Your Tasks

  • Processing and documentation of customer inquiries and fault reports for our ORBIS products BDOK (doctor's letter writing), RGEN and for form parameterization (Composer U)
  • You are the important hub between product management, development, project management, sales, project controlling, project organization, consultants and our customers
  • Support and assistance with customer inquiries about ORBIS and work processes
  • Troubleshooting, analysis and error correction in configuration and on the database
  • Classification and identification of error sources in the software and qualified handover to the development department for error correction
  • Participation in the 24x7 on-call service
  • Standing still means falling behind. Regular participation in training, workshops and coaching are therefore elementary for our always lively product ORBIS

Your Profile

  • Education or studies in healthcare or IT
  • Knowledge of ORBIS products would be an advantage
  • SQL knowledge an advantage
  • Knowledge of parameterization would be an advantage
  • Handling of modern IT and its organizational tools
  • Quick comprehension and good analytical skills
  • Professional demeanor towards our customers
  • Team player
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Independent and goal-oriented way of working
