Technical Engineer (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Processing customer support requests in 2nd Level.
• Independent remote administration of customer systems with high personal responsibility for error analysis and troubleshooting.
• Conception and implementation of optimization measures.
• Performing system updates in coordination with our customers (for various technologies as well as, among others, our own hospital information system Orbis®).
• Conducting customer training sessions (online).

Requirements

• Completed training as a specialist in information technology or a completed technical degree.
• Profound knowledge in some of the following areas (or willingness to learn): Unix, Windows, Oracle, Veritas Netbackup, Veeam, VMware, storage systems, cluster technologies.
• High degree of reliability and confident interaction with customers.
• Customer and service-oriented approach to work.
• Independent and goal-oriented way of working.
• Good communication skills, strong team orientation, and resilience.
• Willingness to take on occasional on-call duties in a 24x7 hotline.
• Very good German and good English skills.
