We at degewo netzWerk combine expertise in energy and digital infrastructure. We guarantee cost-effective, climate-friendly, and intelligent supply of heat and electricity, build and operate digital infrastructures, and offer state-of-the-art metering services for precise billing of ancillary costs.
The Energy Supply department is responsible for the supply of heat and electricity for many of degewo's own properties.
Your Responsibilities
- Shape, don't just manage: Develop innovative energy supply concepts for new and existing buildings – focusing on heat, supplemented by photovoltaics and hybrid solutions.
- Take responsibility: As the client, manage projects from conception to handover, including budget and schedule control.
- Experience diverse technologies: Work with heat pumps, solar thermal, biomass, PV systems, and storage systems, and contribute your own ideas.
- Contribute strategically: Actively shape the transformation of existing heating networks and the expansion of new connections.
- Drive innovation: Test new solutions, optimize existing systems, and support research on cross-sector concepts.
Your Profile
- Qualifications: Hold a degree with a technical or business focus, e.g., Renewable Energies, Energy and Building Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Engineering, or have completed vocational training with additional qualifications (e.g., SHK technician/master, electrical engineering).
- Practical Experience: Possess several years of experience in the planning or implementation of heating or PV projects.
- Expertise: Have good knowledge in the areas of energy generation, plant construction, or planning, and in renewable energies. You are also familiar with relevant regulations (EEG, GEG, VOB, HOAI).
- Language Skills: Master the German language at a professional level and communicate confidently in meetings, presentations, and written correspondence.
- Personality: Work analytically, independently, and in a structured manner. Contribute to a positive working atmosphere with your strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Compensation & Extras: We offer compensation according to the collective agreement for the housing industry, including holiday and Christmas bonuses. Additionally, we provide a company pension plan, private accident insurance, performance-based bonuses, and a 50% subsidy for the BVG or Deutschland-Ticket.
