We bridge the gap between business needs and technology, combining standardized services into holistic solutions for units of all knowledge levels and requirements. As an Analytics & AI Solution Architect, you will work in a customer-facing team, connecting stakeholders, consolidating requirements into clear solution designs, and supporting their implementation in the business units.
Work of Particular Value: Your Contribution
- Support business units in leveraging the potential of modern analytics and AI technologies in complex projects.
- Actively advise internal clients on analytics and AI use cases.
- Gather, analyze, and develop viable concepts for business requirements, including benefit assessment and feasibility.
- Create initial prototypes of specific solutions yourself or oversee their implementation.
- Coordinate collaboration with clients and IT departments, ensuring clear task and goal definitions.
Special Values: Your Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Data Science, Physics, Statistics).
- Very good knowledge of modern data analysis and AI toolsets.
- Good knowledge of software development methodologies and agile project management.
- Good knowledge of methods for gathering and documenting business requirements.
- End-to-end experience in realizing analytics/AI solutions: from ideation/PoC through architecture and implementation to productive operation (MLOps, monitoring, support) is an advantage.
- Experience in requirements engineering, prioritization, creating roadmaps, and decision papers with robust KPIs is desirable.
- Very good user skills in training, coaching, and ideation with users.
- Analytical approach and conceptual skills.
- Good communication skills for complex requirements.

- Compensation aligned with TVöD, based on pay grade 13 (approx. €63,500 to €91,700 depending on experience).
