Im Wertstrom "Analytics & AI" gestalten wir die Brücke zwischen Fachlichkeit und Technologie, verknüpfen standardisierte Services zu ganzheitlichen Lösungen -- für Einheiten aller Kenntnisstände und Anforderungen. Als Analytics & AI Solution Architect (m/w/d) arbeiten Sie in einem Team an der Kundenschnittstelle -- Sie vernetzten Akteure, verdichten Bedarfe zu klaren Lösungsentwürfen und begleiten deren Realisierung in den Fachbereichen.

Meaningful Work: Your Contribution

• Support business units in leveraging the potential of modern analytics and AI technologies in complex projects.
• Actively advise your internal clients on analytics and AI use cases.
• Gather, analyze, and develop viable concepts for business requirements, including benefit assessment and feasibility.
• Create initial prototypes of specific solutions yourself or guide their implementation.
• Coordinate collaboration with clients and IT departments, ensuring clear task and goal definitions.

Special Values: Your Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Business Informatics, Mathematics, Data Science, Physics, Statistics).
• Very good knowledge of modern data analysis and AI toolsets.
• Good knowledge of software development methods and agile project management.
• Good knowledge of methods for gathering and documenting business requirements.
• End-to-end experience in realizing analytics/AI solutions: from ideation/PoC through architecture and implementation to productive operation (MLOps, monitoring, support) is an advantage.
• Experience in requirements engineering, prioritization, creating roadmaps, and decision papers with robust KPIs is desirable.
• Very good user skills in training, coaching, and ideation with users.
• Analytical approach and conceptual skills.
• Good communication skills for complex requirements.
• Promotion of cooperation and teamwork.
• Strong results and goal-oriented action.
• Very good German and English communication skills.

• Compensation based on TVöD, Entgeltgruppe 13 (approx. €63,500 to €91,700 depending on experience).
