Solution Architect Analytics & AI (m/w/d)

Im Wertstrom "Analytics & AI" gestalten wir die Brücke zwischen Fachlichkeit und Technologie, verknüpfen standardisierte Services zu ganzheitlichen Lösungen -- für Einheiten aller Kenntnisstände und Anforderungen. Als Analytics & AI Solution Architect (m/w/d) arbeiten Sie in einem Team an der Kundenschnittstelle -- Sie vernetzten Akteure, verdichten Bedarfe zu klaren Lösungsentwürfen und begleiten deren Realisierung in den Fachbereichen.
Meaningful Work: Your Contribution
- Support business units in leveraging the potential of modern analytics and AI technologies in complex projects.
- Actively advise your internal clients on analytics and AI use cases.
- Gather, analyze, and develop viable concepts for business requirements, including benefit assessment and feasibility.
- Create initial prototypes of specific solutions yourself or guide their implementation.
- Coordinate collaboration with clients and IT departments, ensuring clear task and goal definitions.
Special Values: Your Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Business Informatics, Mathematics, Data Science, Physics, Statistics).
- Very good knowledge of modern data analysis and AI toolsets.
- Good knowledge of software development methods and agile project management.
- Good knowledge of methods for gathering and documenting business requirements.
- End-to-end experience in realizing analytics/AI solutions: from ideation/PoC through architecture and implementation to productive operation (MLOps, monitoring, support) is an advantage.
- Experience in requirements engineering, prioritization, creating roadmaps, and decision papers with robust KPIs is desirable.
- Very good user skills in training, coaching, and ideation with users.
- Analytical approach and conceptual skills.
- Good communication skills for complex requirements.
- Promotion of cooperation and teamwork.
- Strong results and goal-oriented action.
- Very good German and English communication skills.

- Compensation based on TVöD, Entgeltgruppe 13 (approx. €63,500 to €91,700 depending on experience).
