Ihre Aufgaben

For over 8 years, we've driven digital transformation for Forbes Top 100 companies. We are seeking a UX/UI Designer with a product mindset and UX research experience. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a new Ukrainian product from scratch. We offer a strong team, support, and trust - and expect top-tier design quality, autonomy, structure, system thinking, and, of course, a genuine appetite for challenges.

Your future responsibilities:

• Design and build products from scratch, applying strong UX/UI expertise.
• Create and evolve complex design systems.
• Design mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Conduct kick-offs and project briefings.
• Generate, validate, and iterate on product hypotheses.
• Identify user personas and representative target audiences.
• Prepare and conduct in-depth user research.
• Facilitate and run workshops (JTBD, CJM, VPC).
• Synthesize research insights and translate them into clear design decisions.
• Validate, prioritize, and organize ideas together with cross-functional teams.
• Create Lo-Fi and Hi-Fi prototypes, including interactive prototypes.
• Run Interface Demos for teams and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project documentation in Confluence.

Ihr Profil

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or UX Research.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UX/UI skills and product research.
• Knowledge of Human-Interface guidelines and Material design guidelines.
• Solid understanding of data-driven and human-centred design approaches, and the ability to translate research insights into practical design decisions.
• Experience acting as a user advocate, balancing user needs and business goals within cross-functional teams.
• Solid experience in hypothesis generation, insight discovery, and solution design.
• Ability to plan, conduct, and synthesize research, with a clear understanding of research goals and avoiding "research for the sake of research."
• Knowledge of research methodologies and data analysis, with the ability to combine methods, frameworks, and tools effectively.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with complex product processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (design, prototyping, animations, research presentations).
• Confident use of FigJam and Miro for collaboration and facilitation.
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• At least an Intermediate+ level of English.
