The Opportunity
We want to significantly scale our B2B partner business -- with additional sales capacity and direct access to relevant customers and networks. For this, we are looking for an experienced sales personality -- happy to work on a consultancy or fee basis -- who delivers operationally and steers strategically: from activating existing partners and acquiring new key accounts to maintaining a visible presence in the market.
Your Impact
- You will make sustainable real asset investments understandable, present, and successful among independent sales partners (brokers, pools, financial distributors, multipliers).
- You will activate your network and open up new customer access -- focusing on real assets instead of buzzwords.
- You will ensure measurable growth: opportunities, deals, AuM/Netflows.
Your Responsibilities
Strategic
- Market development & go-to-market in independent sales, including target group focus, territory, and prioritization.
- Building & expanding key accounts (pools, brokerage houses, distributors, multipliers) and relevant networks.
- Partner enablement concept: content, arguments, sales kits, training roadmap, KPI dashboard.
- Roadshow/event conception with clear goals (leads, conversion, pipeline maturity).
Operational
- Acquisition, consultation, and support of partners -- digital and on-site.
- Conducting training sessions, webinars, workshops, trade fairs, and partner events (presentation & moderation).
- Pipeline management and forecasting (e.g., in CRM) with regular deal reviews.
- Representing the Pangaea Life investment world as a credible ambassador.
Your Profile
Must-haves
- Several years of B2B sales experience in investments/funds/capital investment -- ideally in real assets.
- A robust, activatable network in independent sales -- demonstrably successful.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills, clear results orientation, and execution strength.
- Digitally savvy (social media, modern sales tools/CRM; open to AI tools).
- Conviction in sustainability as part of the investment logic in customer portfolios.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with key account management (pools/networks) and scaling projects.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the distribution of investment solutions (e.g., WpHG/MiFID II, FinVermV/§ 34f GewO or similar).
- Stage and event experience (roadshows, panels, moderation).
