Wir suchen dich ab sofort bis zum 08. Mai als erfahrene:n Freelance-Dozent:in für unser Weiterbildungsmodul „Vertiefung Cloud Engineer: Microsoft Server". Du vermittelst praxisnah die Grundlagen und Vertiefungen rund um Windows Server und bereitest auf das Microsoft Azure Modul vor.
Deine Aufgaben
- Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Gestaltung und Durchführung des Unterrichts
- Vermittlung der Vernetzung von Nutzern und Geräten im Unternehmensnetzwerk, der zuverlässigen Bereitstellung von Daten und Anwendungen sowie des stabilen und sicheren Systembetriebs
- Vermittlung der Zusammenarbeit klassischer Unternehmensumgebungen mit Cloud-Diensten und Aufbau eines fundierten Verständnisses für hybride IT-Lösungen
- Begleitung der Teilnehmenden bei der Vorbereitung auf Zertifikatsprüfungen wie CompTIA (Linux/Network/Security) oder die Microsoft-Zertifizierung AZ-800
Deine Skills
- Fundierte, praktische Kenntnisse in der Administration von Windows Server und den dazugehörigen Netzwerkdiensten sowie Erfahrung mit Microsoft-basierten Infrastrukturen und hybriden IT-Lösungen
- Vertrautheit mit Identitäts-, Speicher- und Dateisystemverwaltung sowie Virtualisierung und Containerisierung
- Idealerweise relevante Zertifizierungen im Microsoft- oder CompTIA-Umfeld
- Erfahrung in der Erwachsenenbildung oder Weiterbildung sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Inhalte klar, verständlich und praxisnah zu vermitteln

We are looking for you immediately until May 8th as an experienced Freelance Lecturer for our advanced training module "Advanced Cloud Engineer: Microsoft Server". You will practically impart the basics and advanced topics related to Windows Server and prepare participants for the Microsoft Azure module.
Your Tasks
- Independent planning, design, and execution of lessons
- Teaching the networking of users and devices in the corporate network, the reliable provision of data and applications, and stable and secure system operation
- Teaching the collaboration of classic corporate environments with cloud services and building a solid understanding of hybrid IT solutions
- Accompanying participants in preparation for certification exams such as CompTIA (Linux/Network/Security) or the Microsoft certification AZ-800
Your Skills
- Sound, practical knowledge in the administration of Windows Server and associated network services, as well as experience with Microsoft-based infrastructures and hybrid IT solutions
- Familiarity with identity, storage, and file system management, as well as virtualization and containerization
- Ideally, relevant certifications in the Microsoft or CompTIA environment
- Experience in adult education or advanced training, as well as the ability to convey complex technical content clearly, understandably, and practically
