Responsibilities

• Support in the implementation and configuration of Google Analytics (GA4) for customer websites and applications.
• Support in the creation and maintenance of tracking plans to ensure comprehensive data collection for web and app interactions.
• Collaboration with customers and internal teams to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measurement requirements.
• Data validation and troubleshooting to ensure the accuracy of analysis reports.
• Work with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for the deployment and management of tracking tags.
• Support in the creation of dashboards, reports, and insights for stakeholders using tools like Google Looker Studio, spreadsheets, or other BI platforms.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Data Analysis, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of web analytics, especially Google Analytics (Universal Analytics or GA4).
• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or web development concepts is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager is an advantage, but optional.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team.
• Fluent German and English skills are required for the position.
