In this position, you will combine technical know-how with service-oriented communication and help vehicle users throughout Europe get back on the road quickly.

Responsibilities

• Telephone consultation of customers on technical questions regarding the vehicle within a shift model
• Initial assessment and analysis of reported problems (remote diagnosis)
• Support for customers through help for self-help
• Coordination of service appointments with partner workshops at home and abroad
• Documentation of customer inquiries and solutions in the internal system

Profile

• Completed training as a vehicle mechatronics technician or vehicle mechanic, or several years of experience in the automotive sector
• Very good German skills as well as good English and/or French skills
• Technical understanding and quick comprehension
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and customer-oriented approach
• Self-organization and willingness to work in a shift model
