Role Overview

You will work on operating and maintaining a scalable Kubernetes-as-a-Service platform, collaborating closely with platform and development teams in a production environment.

Key Technologies

• Kubernetes (production environments)
• Gardener (hosted control planes)
• OpenStack
• GitOps tools (e.g., ArgoCD)
• Linux
• Monitoring & observability (Prometheus, Grafana)

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Kubernetes clusters
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, scaling, and upgrades
• Ensure platform reliability, availability, and performance
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and cluster issues
• Participate in incident response and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in DevOps and Kubernetes
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and Linux systems
• Ability to work legally from Germany
