To support our continued growth in Germany, we are looking for a commercially driven and entrepreneurial Key Account Manager & Field Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our presence across Northern Germany.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives on building strong customer relationships, driving growth, and leading market development in a dynamic consumer goods environment.

Your Mission

In this multifaceted role, you will take ownership of key customer relationships while actively expanding our market presence and supporting freelance field sales representatives across your territory.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and grow existing key accounts and retail partnerships
  • Identify and acquire new customers and sales channels
  • Drive sustainable sales growth for our premium brand portfolio
  • Implement product launches, promotions, and in-store initiatives
  • Support, coach, and coordinate freelance sales representatives
  • Strengthen brand visibility and positioning within the market
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer developments
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, customer events, and international meetings
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and report directly to the Sales Director Germany/Austria

What You Bring

You are a motivated sales personality with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills who enjoys working independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.

Ideally, you have:

  • Experience in Key Account Management and/or field sales
  • A proven track record in driving sales growth and customer development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Structured and independent working methods
  • Experience within consumer goods, homewares, furniture retail, department stores, specialist retail, or grocery retail is highly desirable
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • German speaker, with good English communication skills are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel extensively within your territory
