Requirements
Must have:
- At least 5-6 years of experience as a Product Manager in digital product management.
- Strong customer orientation and problem definition skills.
- Excellent product judgment to balance customer needs, business impact, and technical constraints.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams of engineers and designers.
- Confident working with modern technologies such as APIs and SaaS infrastructure.
- Results-oriented with strong leadership skills and effective communication.
- Fluent in German and English.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a significant and comprehensive digital product area.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative discovery research for market and customer understanding.
- Manage the roadmap, clearly communicate what should be developed, when, and why.
- Collaborate with Design and Engineering to conceptualize, develop, and launch solutions.
- Utilize AI to enhance efficiency and product development.
- Evaluate impact using metrics during the beta phase and after release.
- Work with colleagues across the company for successful product delivery.
- Proactively communicate the teams work across the organization.
- Act as a leader within the team by embodying company values and mentoring colleagues.
