Digital Product Manager (gn) Full-time / Part-time (Hybrid)

Requirements

Must have:

• At least 5-6 years of experience as a Product Manager in digital product management.
• Strong customer orientation and problem definition skills.
• Excellent product judgment to balance customer needs, business impact, and technical constraints.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams of engineers and designers.
• Confident working with modern technologies such as APIs and SaaS infrastructure.
• Results-oriented with strong leadership skills and effective communication.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a significant and comprehensive digital product area.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative discovery research for market and customer understanding.
• Manage the roadmap, clearly communicate what should be developed, when, and why.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to conceptualize, develop, and launch solutions.
• Utilize AI to enhance efficiency and product development.
• Evaluate impact using metrics during the beta phase and after release.
• Work with colleagues across the company for successful product delivery.
• Proactively communicate the teams work across the organization.
• Act as a leader within the team by embodying company values and mentoring colleagues.
