The position can be filled full-time or part-time (min. 25 hours/week). Admission as a corporate lawyer is supported.
Our team advises and supports in all matters of collective bargaining law, works constitution law, and individual labor law. We undertake the legal examination of complex labor law issues and process legal topics in a target-group-oriented manner.

Your Responsibilities
- Consultation in all matters of individual and collective labor law
- Handling complex labor law issues
- Development and review of works agreements and settlement agreements, including negotiations with the works council
- Review and implementation of current case law
- Representation and coordination of labor court proceedings
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Successfully completed studies in law (first and second state examinations) or completed studies in business law
- Very good knowledge of labor and works constitution law
- Relevant, several years of professional experience in labor law in the HR/legal department of a private sector company or in a law firm
- Proactivity, independent and structured work, as well as teamwork skills
