Our client Maniko is an innovative, fast-growing company in the nail polish industry, offering high-quality products for discerning customers worldwide. They are known for their revolutionary, self-adhesive nail polish technology, which allows their customers to achieve professional results conveniently from home.

As the new Senior Retail Operations Manager, you will be the central point of contact for the operational implementation of all retail activities – from planning and logistics to final rollout at the POS.

Responsibilities

  • Steering of all B2B operations projects – from counter rollouts and display promotions to seasonal campaigns
  • Responsibility for retail order management, including automation, optimization, and coordination across all channels
  • Planning, coordination, and monitoring of logistics and warehouse processes to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Interface management with suppliers, logistics service providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Analysis of process data, inventory, delivery performance, and POS needs to derive measures and increase efficiency
  • Ensuring correct, complete, and brand-compliant implementation of all measures in the retail environment
  • Continuous optimization of workflows, tools, and processes to scale and professionalize the retail business
  • Guidance and coordination of project-related internal teams to ensure clear information flow and consistent standards

Qualifications

Work Experience & Expertise: You have at least 3 years of experience in logistics, ideally in FMCG or similar dynamic industries, and are proficient in operational processes from order management to POS rollout.

Language Skills: You speak German at a native level and communicate confidently and precisely with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.

Detail-Oriented & Process-Oriented: You work in a structured manner, pay attention to details, and ensure that timings, quantities, and processes are implemented flawlessly.

Calm Under Pressure: You remain calm, solution-oriented, and focused even under time pressure and with parallel projects.

Stakeholder Management: You can clearly communicate requirements, manage expectations, and actively shape relationships with internal and external partners.

Hands-on & Execution Competence: You act pragmatically, make decisions, and set things in motion.
