We have big plans in the beauty sector and want to accelerate digitally. For this, we are looking for a Junior Performance Marketer (m/f/d) who will creatively and strategically drive our campaigns in five countries -- always with an eye on the best results and smart, data-based decisions.

Can you efficiently manage multi-million dollar budgets and develop creative, high-performing campaigns?

Do you have the ambition to implement innovative advertising strategies and continuously optimize conversion performance?

Do you know how to strategically use various tracking tools and attribution models to find out which creative achieves the best ROAS and thus optimally design the customer journey?

🎯 Your Main Responsibilities With Us:

• Performance Marketing & Campaign Management:
  • Support with spend management of Meta campaigns in several international markets (e.g., IT, FR, CH, NL)
  • Monitoring relevant KPIs and support with optimization measures
• Creative & Performance Analysis:
  • Analysis of creative performance across different countries
  • Support in identifying best performers and deriving learnings
• Landing Pages & Conversion:
  • Input on landing pages regarding content, structure, and conversion optimization
  • Collaboration with internal teams to improve the entire marketing funnel
• Channel Support & Testing:
  • Support in managing and further developing our TikTok channel
  • Participation in testing new performance channels such as Pinterest and Outbrain

🤝 You Impress Us With:

• Experience: First experience with Meta Ads, ideally in an agency or start-up with a focus on performance marketing
• Technical Know-how: Knowledge of tracking tools such as Attribute, Triple Whale, Tracify, and Google Analytics
• Analytical Thinking: Data-driven approach and the ability to use results to improve campaigns
• Language Skills: Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
