Your Responsibilities:

• Community & Creator Relations: Build and long-term develop a strong network of creators, influencers, and community members around our brand.
• Collaborations & Activations: Plan and manage collaborations with creators with the team's help – from selection and briefing to implementation – and integrate them meaningfully into our community and brand communication.
• Dialogue & Brand Voice: Represent our brand on social networks, actively engage in discussions, moderate conversations, and ensure a positive, vibrant community.
• Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with your colleagues in social media and marketing to holistically integrate creator content, campaigns, and community activities.
• Analysis & Development: Analyze the performance of collaborations and community activities, derive learnings, and continuously develop formats and processes.
• Trend & Cultural Understanding: Observe developments in the creator and community world and translate relevant trends into suitable ideas for our brand.

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience in influencer and community management
• A good feel for social media, creator cultures, and community dynamics
• Confident, empathetic, and brand-appropriate communication – written and spoken
• Experience with influencer tools, social media platforms, and reporting.
• Structured, independent way of working and the ability to keep an overview even with multiple projects
• Creative mindset combined with affinity for numbers and an eye for performance
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Team-oriented approach and enjoyment of close collaboration with various departments
