As a medium-sized, owner-managed company, we have been handling the fee settlement for healthcare providers (doctors, physiotherapists, alternative practitioners, clinics, etc.) since 1975. We reliably and competently relieve them of administrative tasks and create added value. To provide strong support for our team, we are looking for employees for private medical billing (m/f/d) effective immediately at our Nuremberg location and nationwide (with the option of working from home).

Your core tasks include: • Creation and review of private medical fee settlements based on medical documentation • Argumentative support for patients and clients in asserting claims against payers • Advising our clients according to the rules of the GOÄ (German scale of medical fees)

Your profile includes: • Completed training as a medical assistant (MFA) or clerk in the healthcare system, or a comparable qualification • Relevant professional experience in private medical billing (e.g., in a private billing agency) is desirable (and an essential requirement for 100% remote work) • Very good knowledge of the application of GOÄ, UV-GOÄ, and IGeL (individual health services) • Sound knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology • Interest in further training and professional development • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken • Good IT skills in MS Office
