Your Responsibilities

• You maintain existing candidate contacts both by phone and via recruiting channels including Xing, LinkedIn, etc.
• You generate new candidates through active sourcing and cold acquisition.
• You formulate targeted job advertisements.
• You screen application documents.
• You conduct telephone interviews to identify the professional goals and desires of your candidates.

Your Qualifications

• Completed business degree or a comparable commercial apprenticeship.
• Structured and independent way of working.
• Sociability, strong communication skills, and good judgment of character.
• Fluent German language skills.
