Your Responsibilities

  • Planning and monitoring of SAP updates, including project planning and post-implementation monitoring.
  • Responsibility for incident and change management of SAP systems.
  • Coordination of update implementations in the productive system and follow-up after introduction.
  • Coordination of the provision of the entire system landscape for SAP.
  • Liaison with the market communication team and the test management team.
  • Selection and evaluation of patches for SAP systems, including checking dependencies.
  • Planning and execution of cutover processes for patches and releases.
  • Leading IT projects with a focus on release management, ensuring cost, time, and quality.
  • Managing external partners, especially development partners, within release projects.
  • Reviewing documentation and transports as part of the Change Advisory Board.
  • Answering queries from the audit regarding SAP authorizations.
  • Taking over vacation replacement for the UC4 platform.

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in a relevant field (e.g., computer science or industrial engineering) or an equivalent vocational training with specific additional qualifications and extensive professional experience.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, especially in handling the SAP Solution Manager and in Change Request Management (ChaRM).
  • Experience in the development and implementation of control policies according to ITIL V3.
  • Sound knowledge in the SAP environment, especially in the modules and technologies used by the company.
  • Practical experience in DEV-OPS.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Ability to communicate complex content understandably.
  • Understanding of business processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness for continuous personal development.
  • High confidentiality and discretion.
  • Willingness to perform on-call duty if necessary.
  • Strong social and teamwork skills.
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
