This role is based in Krakow

Are you a skilled communicator with a talent for building strong business partnerships? Our award-winning consulting firm in Krakow is headhunting an ambitious Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor for premier global tech clients, guiding companies through digital and cloud transitions.

This hybrid role offers a modern balance of flexibility, requiring three days a week at our Krakow innovation hub and two days of remote work.

STRATEGIC IMPACT & GOALS

In this position, you will focus on expert problem-solving rather than standard sales. Your mission is to identify cloud-based opportunities and work with senior executives to modernize their business technology.

  • Executive Relationships: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with small-to-medium businesses (SMBs) and corporate leaders.
  • Revenue Growth: Use product knowledge to lead high-level negotiations, resolve client concerns, and consistently exceed sales goals.
  • Pipeline Management: Proactively identify high-potential leads and manage a professional sales funnel for global tech partners.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of trends in cloud and digital advertising to provide expert, data-driven advice to your clients.
  • Strategic Synergy: Work closely with internal teams and managers to ensure your personal goals drive the company's overall success.

THE IDEAL PROFILE: ANALYTICAL & RESILIENT

We are scouting for a resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a disciplined, results-oriented "hunter" mindset.

  • Linguistic Authority: Professional-level German (B2 /C1) and fluent English (B2) for global business communication.
  • Proven Success: At least one year in sales, with a track record in lead generation, closing deals, or account management.
  • Tech Literacy: A solid understanding of cloud technology and a genuine interest in the evolution of the tech industry.
  • Mindset: A resilient, self-starting attitude with the ability to solve complex business problems independently.
  • Operational Readiness: You must currently reside in or be ready to relocate to Krakow, Poland.
