Now our growth phase is beginning -- to strengthen our team in Berlin, we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) for Operations & Growth starting February 2026 (Berlin, hybrid).

Responsibilities - Your contribution to the strategic development of ecopals

In your role, you will support our team in key strategic areas: from market analyses and growth projects to the structured preparation of our international scaling. You will work on topics that are crucial for the further development of ecopals and at the same time gain insights into the operational foundations of our business, including selected issues from strategy, production, and communication.

Where we need you:

• Strategic Analyses & Growth: Conducting market and competitor analyses, identifying growth potential, and preparing relevant research and recommendations for action.
• Communication & Presentation: Creating pitch decks, presentations, and reports for external and internal stakeholders.
• CRM & Sales Enablement: Maintaining and developing our CRM system, supporting the analysis and structuring of sales pipelines.
• Supply Chain & Operations: Supporting the monitoring of our supply chain -- from production capacities and inventories to deliveries and export and logistics issues.
• Independent Projects: Developing your own ideas to improve our processes and growth.

Qualifications -- What you should bring:

• Advanced studies in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Structured way of working and a high degree of personal responsibility.
• Strong analytical skills and a good feel for numbers, contexts, and processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and visual, in German and English.
• Very good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel; experience with CRM tools and an interest in supply chain/operations topics are a plus, as is experience in startups, consulting, or the construction industry.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on mentality, and interest in all facets of a fast-growing startup -- from strategy to operational implementation.
