Your Responsibilities:

You are not a manager, but the engine of our scaling. As Lead eCommerce & Growth, you take the helm for our entire D2C business. Your playing field ranges from our Shopify shops to Amazon, from Meta ads to loyal existing customers. You not only lead our team of specialists in terms of expertise, but also inspire them with your data-driven, hands-on mentality. With us, there are no long decision-making processes -- you have the ownership, prioritize by impact, and build channels that not only perform but also scale.   • End-to-end responsibility for our e-commerce performance: You are responsible for revenue, growth, and profitability across our online shop (Shopify) and Amazon -- from strategy to implementation.
  • Leadership, development, and advancement of our e-commerce team: You lead a team of specialists for performance marketing, influencer marketing, email/CRM, shop management, and Amazon (5+ employees) and develop them further.
  • Translating business goals into measurable growth levers: You derive concrete marketing and commerce measures from corporate goals -- data-based, prioritized, and with strong implementation.
  • Strategic management of our D2C marketing: You plan and manage cross-channel online marketing campaigns (including Paid Social, SEA, Influencer, E-mail) and keep an eye on all relevant performance KPIs.
  • Full responsibility for our Shopify shop: You strategically develop the shop -- from conversion optimization, assortment & pricing, to technical developments in collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Management and scaling of our Amazon business: You are responsible for strategy, performance, and growth on Amazon, using your marketplace know-how as a revenue lever.
  • Structured planning & clear priorities: You are responsible for quarterly and monthly planning, roadmaps, and prioritization by impact/effort, and ensure clear stakeholder management.
  • Collaboration with agencies & service providers: You manage external partners (e.g., SEA, Shopify, or performance agencies), provide clear briefings, define target KPIs, and ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Hands-on mentality included: You stay close to the implementation, actively contribute your own expertise, test new approaches, and lead by example.
  • Analytical strength & ownership: You interpret data cleanly, formulate hypotheses, test systematically, derive action packages -- and take responsibility for decisions and results.

What you should bring:

  • Deep Shopify know-how: You have managed Shopify shops operationally and strategically -- including conversion optimization, shop setups, app ecosystem, interfaces, and scaling during growth.
  • Relevant D2C e-commerce experience in the NEM or Food industry: You have worked in the direct-to-consumer environment for several years and know how to sustainably build brands, revenue, and profitability in your own shop.
  • Sound marketplace know-how (esp. Amazon): You know the mechanics of marketplaces, can strategically manage Amazon, and use it profitably as a growth channel -- from performance to structure.
  • Experience in managing external agencies: You have managed SEA, performance, and Shopify agencies, provided clear briefings, defined KPIs, and demanded results -- collaboratively, but consistently.
  • Proven leadership experience: You have already managed more than five employees, built and developed teams -- with clear goals, ownership, and a high standard of quality.
  • Data-driven decision-making ability: You make decisions based on numbers, not gut feeling, prioritize by impact/effort, and take responsibility for results.
  • Strong technical & operational skills: You are proficient with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, as well as common project management tools (e.g., Asana, Slack, Miro) and use them to manage performance transparently and lead teams efficiently.
  • Strong growth mindset: You think in terms of tests, hypotheses, and learning curves, question the status quo, and continuously look for new levers to increase growth, efficiency, and impact.
  • High self-responsibility & structure: You work independently, prioritize, and are solution-oriented, maintain an overview even with complex topics, and consistently bring things to completion.
