You will take overall control of our D2C e-commerce business and ensure that we achieve our ambitious growth targets -- data-driven, hands-on, and with real ownership. You will lead and develop a growing team, prioritize smartly, and expand our channels to perform scalably.

Your Responsibilities:

• End-to-end responsibility for our e-commerce performance.
• Leadership and further development of our e-commerce team with specialists for performance, influencer & email marketing, shop management, and Amazon.
• Translation of business goals into concrete growth levers.
• Control online marketing campaigns and keep an eye on performance marketing KPIs.
• Strategic planning: Quarterly and monthly planning, roadmaps, prioritization by impact/effort, clean stakeholder management.
• Coordination of external agencies and service providers: Briefings, target KPIs, quality assurance, and efficient collaboration.
• Contribute hands-on expertise to the implementation of campaigns.
