Responsibilities

• Roadmap: Shape & deliver on our product roadmap by guiding world-class hardware and embedded software engineering teams.
• Innovation: Identify growth opportunities and drive measurable impact for the team and the company.
• Customer-Centricity: Act as an ambassador for empowered product development, putting the end-user at the heart of every decision.
• Research: Conduct research-driven development and improvement of our hardware that favors a consumer-centric approach.
• Communication: Manage internal and external stakeholders and simplify complex technical scopes for all audiences.
• Integration: Be fascinated by broad technical scopes, integrating sensors, electronics, embedded systems into sports equipment, to deliver the most value in an incremental fashion.
• Strategy: Align organizational approaches and solve customer service cases to ensure a seamless product experience.

Your fitness level

Qualifications

• Experience: 3 years of professional experience in product management and lateral leadership of agile teams.
• Expertise: Strong background in hardware product management, ideally within Sports Science or the Fitness / Health Industry.
• Methodology: Profound understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
• Communication: Talented communicator capable of explaining complex issues in simple terms.
• Languages: Successfully utilized both English and German in a professional environment to collaborate effectively in international teams.

Your training goal for your first 6 months

Objectives

• Knowledge: Develop an outstanding understanding of our hardware ecosystem and ongoing development streams.
• Architecture: Gain a good understanding of the products' hardware and embedded software components and their interactions with the ecosystem.
• Ownership: Successfully take over product development projects to help achieve our long-term vision.
• Networking: Build strong, trusting relationships with development teams and key stakeholders.
• Insight: Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our platform, customer needs, and specific use cases.
