About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the trusted partner for our customers. You'll help them get the most out of Elfsquad, guide them through challenges, and ensure long-term success and satisfaction. Your work directly impacts customer retention, growth, and overall experience. If you enjoy working with people, understanding their business challenges, and helping them succeed with technology, this role is made for you.
Your Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management (preferably SaaS or in the Manufacturing industry)
- A hands-on, customer-first mindset
- Enjoy building relationships and earning trust
- Ability to analyze customer situations and turn insights into solutions
- Clear and confident communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proactive, organized, and take ownership
- Fluent in both German and English
- Based in the Hesse region
- Willingness to travel to customers as needed
- Valid driver's license
Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for your customers, fostering long-term, trusted relationships
- Conduct regular check-ins to understand customer goals, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
- Help customers maximize value from the Elfsquad platform
- Proactively identify risks and implement strategies to prevent churn
- Identify opportunities for upsells, expansions, and renewals, collaborating with the Sales team
- Partner with Product, Implementation, Support, and Marketing teams to enhance the customer journey
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product development
- Monitor customer usage and engagement to ensure sustained success
