We are seeking an experienced Group Product Manager / Head of Product to lead our ERP product group. This role is pivotal in defining the product vision and managing the team responsible for the systems that underpin Emma's core business processes, including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report. Built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, these systems are fundamental to our global operations in planning, purchasing, sales, fulfillment, and accounting.
This leadership position involves managing 1-2 Product Managers and Functional Managers, setting strategy across all three ERP domains, and serving as the key liaison between technology and the business functions dependent on these systems.
Note: This is a remote position open to candidates based in Germany or Portugal.
What You'll Do:
- Product Ownership: Take ownership of the end-to-end ERP product portfolio on Microsoft Dynamics 365. Develop a cohesive vision and strategy encompassing Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report. Translate business needs into a clear roadmap and measure impact using business and product metrics.
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop two Product Managers. Establish clear expectations, cultivate a high-performance culture, and empower your team to independently manage their respective domains.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for Finance and Supply Chain Commercial stakeholders. Actively listen to challenges and opportunities, align priorities, and translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Analytics, and subject-matter experts to ensure timely and value-driven delivery. Collaborate closely with system integrators and the broader Microsoft ecosystem to maximize platform capabilities.
- ERP Platform Strategy: Define the long-term Dynamics 365 roadmap, balancing out-of-the-box features with custom development. Manage upgrade cycles, integrations with adjacent systems, and data architecture decisions.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive iterative enhancements across the product, processes, and team. Implement feedback loops, retrospectives, and data-driven practices to ensure the ERP landscape evolves with business needs.
What We're Looking For:
- ERP Experience: Several years of hands-on Product Management experience with ERP platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O / Business Central).
- Leadership & Mentorship: Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop Product Managers. A track record of building high-performing product teams.
- Strategic & Data-Driven Mindset: Capacity to define product vision across complex, cross-functional domains. Adept at using qualitative and quantitative data for prioritization and impact measurement.
- Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated success in aligning senior business stakeholders on shared priorities and trade-offs.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to engage in credible technical discussions with engineering teams.
- Communication Skills: Clear and concise communicator capable of translating between business and technology concepts. Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and C-level executives.
- Agile Delivery: Experience with agile methodologies and iterative delivery in complex enterprise environments.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations or migrations.
- Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities within the Microsoft stack.
- International experience managing products across multiple markets.
What We Offer:
- A significant leadership role in shaping the core operations of a fast-scaling company.
- Ownership of a critical, high-impact product group with direct business visibility.
- An international, diverse team that values autonomy, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Competitive compensation, equity participation, and flexible working arrangements.
- The opportunity to modernize and transform a global ERP landscape using Microsoft technology.
