Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with our leadership, sales and engineering team to drive product development from ideation to delivery and validation.
- Gather, analyze, and validate product requirements through customer and market research.
- Validate that our solutions follow the requirements of the energy domain.
- Translate complex business and customer needs into clear, actionable features and user stories.
- Empower development teams by providing context, clarity, and regular feedback throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Measure and report on product performance, taking a data-driven approach to optimization and discovery.
Your Profile
- At least 4 years of experience as a product owner, ideally within the energy industry.
- Highly independent, self-organized, and able to prioritize efficiently.
- Solid background or practical experience in energy management systems or related fields.
- Technical background, able to talk tech with our developers.
- Demonstrated expertise in requirements engineering and discovery methodologies.
- Experienced leveraging AI‑enabled tooling for rapid prototyping and feature validation.
