Your Role
You are passionate about people topics and are eager to identify and attract new talent. With your commitment, you contribute significantly to the growth and development of a scaling clean tech company. The fast-moving changes in the (tech) talent market and in the working world in general are an exciting challenge for you. We are looking for a parental leave coverage.
As the People & Organization team, we pursue the common mission of inspiring talents to join us and supporting a successful start. For us, the focus is on trust and an open and appreciative approach.
How You Make an Impact
- With your active sourcing activities, you are responsible for the identification, selection, and targeted approach of candidates
- You review incoming applications, make the first screening decision and coordinate with the departments for selection
- You manage the entire interview process - planning and conducting interviews, evaluating with all parties involved and making offer decisions (talent management tool: Personio)
- You measure and report the success of recruiting and active sourcing activities using appropriate KPIs
- You follow trends in recruiting and active sourcing and continuously develop applicant management together with your team
Your Profile

- You have experience in tech recruiting and active sourcing
- You have successfully completed your studies, e.g., in Business or Humanities, or a comparable education program
- You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- You convince with your open and appreciative communication, empathy, and team spirit
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
