About the Role
You want to take the next step in sales, create real impact, and help companies design healthy and productive work environments? As an Account Manager (m/w/d), you will be our newest talent in acquiring and delighting customers. With your drive, your feel for customer needs, and your passion for smart solutions, you will guide our customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle -- from the initial contact to the successful completion of the project.
Your Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition: You will identify and approach potential B2B customers. You will convince them in the initial contact over the phone, laying the foundation for new customer relationships.

Lead Qualification: You will conduct structured initial interviews, check the fit, and identify real sales opportunities for our Account Management.

Appointment Setting: You will schedule qualified consultation appointments for our Account Management and ensure a smooth handover.

CRM Maintenance: You will reliably document your activities in the CRM system, thus laying the foundation for data-driven sales.

Product Know-how: You will continuously build knowledge of our portfolio to provide customers with confident advice during the initial contact.

Sales Support: You will support the sales team with special promotions, research, and preparation for customer appointments.
