We are seeking committed Disponents (m/f/d) for Intermodal Transport in Full-Time for our Customer Service department in Hamburg, effective immediately.

Your Responsibilities:

• Planning and dispatching customer orders using available train capacities.
• Ensuring optimal economic utilization of in-house train systems.
• Organizing and coordinating the entire transport chain.
• Monitoring deadlines.
• Customer consultation within dispatching tasks.
• Handling customer complaints.

Your Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as a freight forwarding merchant or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in dispatching/logistics.
• Proficient in MS Office and other common IT systems.
• Strong coordination skills, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Assertiveness and resilience, even under stress.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
