  • Report Creation: Prepare analyses and support us in making data-driven decisions.
  • Employee Handbook Revision: Supplement and update content to ensure our internal guidelines are always clear, understandable, and current.
  • Process Automation: Actively participate in the further digitalization and automation of our people operations processes (including employee lifecycle management).
  • Personnel Development: Develop decision templates for new measures and contribute your own ideas.
  • Recruiting: Identify potential candidates for our open roles on LinkedIn and provide support at career fairs as needed.
  • Event Management: Assist in planning team events and activities to strengthen our company culture.

Qualifications

What you bring:

  • An ongoing degree in Business Administration, Sociology, or a comparable field related to Personnel, Organization, or Management (mandatory internship possible).
  • Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a high degree of discretion.
  • A hands-on mentality: After onboarding and clarifying open questions in daily coordination, you will independently and reliably handle tasks from our diverse to-do list.
  • Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken.

Benefits

  • Meaningful Work: Support industrial companies in becoming more efficient and sustainable.
  • Flexibility: Hybrid work with home office options (two days per week) and flexible working hours.
  • Team Spirit: A supportive, collegial environment with plenty of room for exchange and collaboration.
  • Community: Regular team events and joint activities.
  • Excellent Development Opportunities and a high degree of personal responsibility in a growing team.
