Your Role
Dich bewegt es, Führungskräfte nicht nur zu beraten, sondern aktiv durch Veränderungs- und Entwicklungsprozesse zu begleiten? Du möchtest HR strategisch mitgestalten, Verantwortung entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles übernehmen und gleichzeitig operativ anpacken?
Dann starte bei uns als HR Business Partner (m/w/d) Commercial in befristeter Elternzeitvertretung.
Framework Conditions at a Glance:
- Duration: 13 months
- Period: 01.05.2026 to 31.05.2027
- Work Model: Hybrid, you can work from home 10 days/month
What Awaits You
- You will advise and support managers and employees in all HR-related matters, from recruiting, personnel and organizational development to compensation & benefits, as well as labor and works constitution law issues.
- You will ensure the right personnel capacities, both quantitatively through forward-looking personnel planning and qualitatively through targeted skills management.
- You will coach and advise management and actively support organizational and change processes.
- You will manage performance management and salary rounds and implement individual personnel measures in close cooperation with HR Services.
- You will conduct demanding and sensitive employee discussions professionally and responsibly.
- You will monitor relevant personnel legal deadlines and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- You will drive HR projects forward, continuously optimize processes, and work trustingly with employee representation bodies and during audits.
Your Profile
- You have a degree in business administration, law, or psychology, ideally with a focus on HR.
- You have several years of professional experience as an HR Generalist in a comparable position.
- You possess sound knowledge of labor, collective bargaining, and works constitution law.
- You have experience in supporting organizational development and personnel development processes.
- You have good knowledge in the area of Compensation & Benefits and several years of experience in recruitment.
- Ideally, you have initial experience with SAP HR & SuccessFactors.
- You communicate fluently in German and English and navigate confidently at all hierarchical levels.
- You convince with an independent, goal- and service-oriented way of working, hands-on mentality, empathy, assertiveness, as well as a high degree of discretion and trustworthiness.
