Role Overview:

The Program Architect -- Entrepreneurship is responsible for designing, structuring, and continuously improving the academic and practical architecture of the EUSMS Entrepreneurship Program.

This role owns the development of:

• Workshop structures
• Curriculum flow
• Learning objectives
• Session materials (slides, exercises, tools)
• Entrepreneur progression frameworks

The position requires independent decision-making, structured thinking, and the ability to translate entrepreneurial realities into actionable program design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Architecture Leadership

  Design and oversee the structural framework of the Entrepreneurship Program to ensure logical progression, clarity, and measurable outcomes.

• Curriculum Strategy & Development

  Develop and continuously refine workshop objectives, session structures, and learning pathways aligned with entrepreneur growth and venture readiness.

• Content Creation & Quality Management

  Prepare high-quality workshop materials, slides, tools, and practical exercises that translate theory into actionable execution.

• Learning System Integration

  Align workshops with mentoring activities and milestone tracking to ensure a cohesive and performance-driven development journey.

• Program Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  Evaluate program effectiveness, identify structural gaps, and implement enhancements to strengthen scalability, relevance, and long-term impact.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Background

  Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field. Doctoral-level research exposure is an advantage.

• Entrepreneurial Knowledge

  Strong understanding of venture development, business model design, market validation, financial fundamentals, and early-stage business growth.

• Curriculum & Program Design Expertise

  Proven ability to structure learning journeys, define measurable learning objectives, and translate complex concepts into practical workshop formats.

• Strategic & Structural Thinking

  Ability to design systems, frameworks, and progression models that ensure logical flow and long-term scalability.

• Independent Decision-Making

  Demonstrated capacity to take initiative, make informed decisions autonomously, and assume ownership of outcomes.

• Content Development & Presentation Skills

  Strong ability to create structured slides, practical tools, templates, and engaging learning materials with clarity and precision.

• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

  Ability to assess program effectiveness, identify gaps, and implement structured improvements based on feedback and performance data.

• Collaboration & Communication

  Strong coordination skills to work cross-functionally with operations, mentors, strategy, and business development teams.

• Execution Discipline

  Ability to meet deadlines, prepare materials in advance, and maintain organized documentation for institutional consistency.

• Digital Competence

  Proficiency in presentation tools, collaborative platforms, and documentation systems required for program development and scaling.
