Company Description

Have you ever organized an event and wished more people would talk about it ---

but what you end up doing is sending:

  • png files
  • Canva drafts
  • instructions
  • reminders
  • "please add your photo here" messages

...and still, only a few people post anything?

That's the problem EventBaguette solves.

What EventBaguette Does

With EventBaguette, the organizer sends one simple link to participants.

From there:

  • All personal information is automatically pulled from LinkedIn
  • The visual is generated instantly
  • The participant clicks "Post" and shares it --- no Canva, no editing, no friction

From the participant's side: effortless.

From the organizer's side: real visibility, not hope. Real data on who exactly has shared the event.

The MVP already exists and works.

This is not an idea --- it's a product ready to be validated and scaled.

Why We're Looking for a Co-Founder

The MVP is built.

What's missing is commercial execution and ownership.

I'm looking for a co-founder who wants to take responsibility for:

  • sales
  • outreach
  • validation
  • and ultimately, whether this becomes a real business

This is about making it work in the market, not adding features.

The Role --- Co-Founder (Growth, Sales & Validation)

You will own the business side of EventBaguette.

What You'll Do

  • Talk to event organizers, accelerators, and communities
  • Validate who this is really for --- and who it's not for
  • Test positioning, pricing, and value propositions
  • Turn MVP usage into pilots and paying customers
  • Build repeatable sales and outreach processes
  • Take responsibility for growth outcomes and learning

This is a true co-founder role, not execution support.

Who This Is For

This is for someone who:

  • Has built or driven projects independently
  • Is comfortable owning outcomes, not just tasks
  • Thinks in hypotheses, experiments, and feedback
  • Speaks excellent English (German is a strong plus)
  • Is proactive, reliable, and realistic about startup work

This is not for people looking for short-term salary or passive roles.

Compensation & Equity

  • Equity-only co-founder role
  • Meaningful ownership with standard vesting (4 years, 1-year cliff)
  • No salary initially
  • Paid compensation once revenue allows

This is about building long-term value together.

What Success Looks Like --- First 12 Months

We're intentionally realistic.

Market & Product

  • Validate 1--2 clear customer segments
  • Sharpen positioning based on real usage and feedback

Customers & Revenue

  • 10--30 paying customers
  • Early recurring revenue (~€10k--€40k ARR)
  • Several strong case studies from real events

Growth & Sales

  • A working outreach and sales process
  • Clear understanding of sales cycles and pricing
  • First partnerships or repeat use from organizers

The Longer-Term Vision

EventBaguette is built for steady, compounding growth.

A realistic milestone is ~$300k ARR in 18--24 months, once validation and repeatable sales are in place.

No hype. Just execution.
