THIS IS THE JOB

As our (Junior) Performance Content Creator (m/f/d), you are the creative powerhouse behind our highest-converting ads. You understand why a hook works in the first 3 seconds and how to turn raw footage into a ROAS-driving masterpiece.

Main Tasks:

  • Content Production & Editing: Take full ownership of UGC and motion creatives. You film, edit, and adapt assets specifically for our paid social channels (e.g. TikTok, Reels, and Meta Ads)
  • Content Management: You provide our creators with clear, actionable feedback to constantly level up content quality and performance metrics.
  • Creative Strategy & Iteration: Based on performance data (CTR, Hook Rate, Retention), you plan systematic tests and build iterations of our "winning" ads to scale success while maintaining brand guidelines and keep our message consistent across all produced content.
  • Ad Performance Analysis: Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing team to dive into our ad accounts. You identify patterns, "winning elements," and translate insights into new concepts.
  • Trend Scouting: Stay ahead of the curve. You know the latest TikTok editing styles and platform trends before they go viral and know how to apply them to sustainable homecare.

What we're looking for:

  • You have a (initial) track record in Paid Social or UGC creation, ideally within a D2C brand or a performance agency.
  • You have a sharp eye for aesthetics and trends, but you think in terms of marketing psychology and KPIs.
  • You are proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or After Effects. You know how to use fast cuts and text overlays to stop the scroll.
  • You have a Hands-on Mentality: You don't wait for briefs; you create them. You are proactive, a strong negotiator, and love experimenting.
  • You are fluent in English and German (C1) and know how to keep messaging punchy and on-point.
